Saturday we ventured out between the downpours to Rancho Los Alamitos on Bixby Hill. We took the tour since Damon had never been there. We got a long winded tour guide and he talked for 45 minutes. Our time walking around the grounds and gardens was therefore cut short as we were running into Joe's nap time. We plan to go back later in the Spring when the gardens are blooming.
"We really get to leave the apartment? Wow!"
"Let me get ready. First I'll tie my shoes."
"I like riding up here! I can see everything!"
"Um, aren't you done taking pictures?!"
" I told you I was tired......." He was asleep within two minutes of being strapped in.
